Very nice forum! And an excellent idea for collaboration between mixing/mastering engineers and independent bands/artists.

So here's my contribute:

- I have something like 10 years of experience in the field of mixing, still learning about mastering, and I'm currently testing a new rig setup would be very useful for me to perform brand new mixes almost on a daily bases to fix things around at my mixing setup/environment.

- I'm more into punk rock, metal (not extreme stuff) hardrock and acoustic stuff. Not much a fan for triggering/drum replacement (exceptions made of course but only not to compromise an entire mix) and I do not edit drums or quantitize or move things around time. I only mix, therefor, I run it straight, linear just like tape reels.

- And I do have to like the music.

- My only request is for you to allow me to use the final mix on my portfolio (in case we're happy with the final result).

And that's it, feel free to contact me. Lets do our best!
