Great site. As a post engineer, it is refreshing to have a resource like this. It allows me to beat some rust  off of my music mix and mastering skills. Kudos on the site!!

Great tune!! Love the guitars and Vocals. I actually don't mind the raw drum sound, it suits the song. The only real thought I have that would not be subjective, would be to re-do the drum track with a click track for the drummer…maybe encourage him to play with less fills, that IMHO are thawing him off tempo. Love it!!

Hi there

Hoping that this link works for you. I had a listen. Great guitar work. Huge Skynyrd fan for decades. I figured I would try to add some value to this via drumanimal05's revisions. Here is your mix run through the Slate Digital VTM. Great job, my only real thought would be a little lighter on the kick in the mix.

Mix Critiques and Feedback / Quick MIx For Your Critique

Hi there

I pulled this tune from the Country section and took a quick stab at a mix. I am a post engineer with a music background. It has been years since I have mixed any music on a regular basis. Pleas have a listen and make suggestions of comments on the mix. I did not have the time to mess with the obvious performance issues. Interested in any and all thoughts. Cheers. Joe

Hi there

I am a little late pulling the trigger on this, but only now found this site. Nice little tune. I did a very quick pass on this, playing with some new plugs. Wish I had more to work with regarding drum tracks.

That said, I hope you find this reply and have a listen. Critique welcomed of course.
